Do you prefer ointments or creams, is the itching worse at night, how have you changed the home environment to accommodate this condition?

Do you see a Dermatologist regularly, do you prefer baths or showers, some people are soothed by hot or cold water, while others are bothered by one or the other.

Are tags in clothing an issue, do you cover a rash with makeup, do you avoid being out in public when a rash is evident?

Do you have a hard time opening items due to cuts on fingers, get questions from people on what those scars or marks are on your skin?

Do you use supplements, take something to sleep and not scratch? Do you have a flushed face or itchy feet?

Feel free to share your experiences here where we can learn from one another on what may work for others. I believe the climate makes a difference as I am worse on my face during hot months and my hands at other times of the year.

I need an A/C on year-round to sleep, take meds at night to knock me out, sleep with cotton gloves to stop itching and sometimes must resort to taking Prednisone to control my eczema even though it makes me gain weight and become moody with ups and downs.

I know that epson salt in the bath soothes my skin. I prefer Aveeno creams and like to keep them in the refrigerator for that cool feeling on contact.
